Excellent cardiac care for dogs & cats in Los Angeles.

PAC is West Los Angeles’s first, independently owned cardiology-exclusive veterinary practice. Our board-certified cardiologists and experienced team members are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our furry patients and their families. We center our care on advanced diagnostics and treatment for heart conditions including heart murmurs, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias and more.

  • As a small medical group, we can provide the same exceptional service as corporate clinics, at competitive prices.

  • We recognize what works for one pet may not work for another. At each visit, we will tailor a treatment plan that works for your pet, your family, and your budget. When we confirm your appointment, an estimate of cost will be provided to you.

  • We never leave animals alone in cages – we don’t have any! Your pet remains with you throughout the appointment, so everyone feels at home. If you are unable to bring your pet to the visit, your friend, family member, or assistant can remain with them. Sometimes, pets are more reactive (nervous or protective) when their owners are present. In that instance, we will politely ask that you remain outside the exam room during testing.

Echocardiography

Echocardiology, commonly known as an 'echo', is an ultrasound of the heart. This non-invasive test enables the visualization of the heart's chambers and valves. Echocardiography serves as the main diagnostic tool for assessing heart conditions in pets.

Radiography

Radiography involves using X-ray imaging to visualize the heart and its surrounding structures. This technique is primarily used to assess the size, shape, and position of the heart, as well as to detect any abnormalities in the heart and great vessels.
