Refill Requests

Visit our online pharmacy for pet prescription refills. Our team will verify your pet’s current patient status with PAC*, confirm the medication, and process the refill. Our online pharmacy, Blue Rabbit, will then ship your prescription to your home.

*California law requires an appointment with the cardiologist at least once a year to authorize medication refills. If your pet’s last appointment was more than 12 months ago, we will require a recheck visit. Alternatively, you can ask your primary care veterinarian for refills.

Medical Questions

For non-urgent medical questions, please call our office or complete the form on the right. One of our team members will reach out to you within 24 hours (business days only).

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest veterinary emergency hospital. Please note that PAC is not a 24-hour hospital and cannot provide over-night care. We will do our best to accommodate same-day urgent visits for our established patients, however if we feel your pet needs to be hospitalized, we will assist in referring you to the emergency department of your choice.
